The mini plant is designed in two versions in accordance
with the capacity of the separate machines incorporated in the line.
1st version
In this case the line incorporates machines and equipment for dosing, crushing
and homogenisation of the ingredients.
Dosing is by means of electronic scales. Crushing of grain and groats is
done with a hammer crusher containing 24 hammers and of capacity 1 t/hour
in maize of moisture 14%, diameter of holes 4 mm and four-fold
rotation of the hammers. Homogenisation of the crushed products is in a
horizontal batch mixer with a double spatial spiral paddle of capacity 0.4
m3., at which one part of the material moves to the left, the other to the
right and an intensive mixing takes places. Addition of microelements is
through a pipe screw. Aspiration of the pneumatic conveying system is by
bag filters.

2nd version
The raw product from a reinforced concrete unloading area for grain and
groats is conveyed with an elevator to three hoppers for raw products, each
of volume 4 m3. The raw product is fed with a screw to an electronic
scales and then is crushed inside a turbo crusher with 36 hammers. The turbo
crusher can convey the product horizontally at 30 m and vertically at 8
m. The turbo crusher is of capacity 5 t / hour ( at maize of moisture 14%
and 4 mm hole screen). The crushed product is conveyed pneumatically with
a cyclone to the mixer for homogenization. The mixer is of volume V=2 cu.m.
and is a horizontal batch type with double spatial spiral paddle where one
part of the product moves to the left, the other part to the right to obtain
excellent homogenization. Discharge is by an electric driven gate and
finished product is taken away with a screw. If required, the line can be
extended.
